First Sunday After Christmas

Our Sox Box is full!

It was a Parish Family Sunday, and parishioners were encouraged to share their holiday leftovers. We had plenty of food!

Christmas Eve Service

We had our annual Carol Sing half an hour before the service began, for the whole congregation.

During the service, the choir sang beautifully!

As part of his sermon, Fr. Curtis shared a family tradition.

After the service, people claimed their memorial poinsettias and took the home.

Fourth Sunday in Advent

Last Sunday, despite widespread power outages, 19 hardy souls made it to church in Pittsfield. Miraculous!

Today, despite frigid temperatures, significant recent snowfall, and almost whiteout conditions this morning, 32 were present!

Fr. Curtis focused his sermon on The Annunciation and Mary, explaining how all of us are God-bearers.

As a sign of how near we are to Christmas now, the Altar Guild members were arranging the poinsettias in preparation for Wednesday evening's service.

Brunch

After the service today, we held an Advent/Christmas Brunch in the Undercroft.

Outside the church, snow was falling.

Thanks to all the wonderful cooks and those who prepared the festive tables!
