Episcopal Bike Project comes to Pittsfield on Gaudete Sunday

It was the coldest night so far this year, and fosted holly shrubs greeted us at the front door of the church.

We had a visitor today. Benge Ambrogi of St. Matthew's, Goffstown, is on a quest to bicycle to all 56 congregations in our diocese. He arrived on his bike before the service and was joined by his wife and daughter, who traveled by car.

During Announcements, he shared his story and invited us to sign his official t-shirt.

Fr. Curtis presented a surprise gift to Connie, who organizes our fundraising efforts. It has been a very good year--thousands raised--so she deserves it!

Suiting up for departure.

On Main Street, heading home to Manchester.
